As a MyEyes Ambassador, your primary role will be to delight patients as they begin their iCare® HOME tonometer journey. From answering questions to demonstrating how to properly use the device, you’ll place a critical role in ensuring that we help as many patients as we can see how valuable home tonometry can be to managing their glaucoma.
Of course—As a MyEyes Ambassador, you will play an essential role in our organization and this position is paid hourly. At MyEyes, we are dedicated to our mission of getting home tonometers into the hands of glaucoma patients so that we can slow the progression of this disease together. We believe that building a team who is deeply rooted in our mission is essential to achieving this goal.
While we’d love for you to be located near our headquarters in Heber Valley, Utah, we are open to a fully remote position for the right candidate.
We expect this role to be a part-time position, with room for growth. As a MyEyes Ambassador, you will have the flexibility of creating your own work schedule. However, we would like for you to set a schedule that aligns with when our patients need the most support. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 10AM – 4PM MST.
As a MyEyes Ambassador, your primary role will be guiding patients through the often complex world of determining whether a home tonometer is the right fit for them. You’ll be the first point of contact for answering questions about how the iCare® Home tonometers work and how to properly use the device. As an Ambassador, and as a patient that has used the iCare® HOME tonometers, you will be drawing from shared experiences—lending an opportunity to truly connect with each patient on their new home tonometer journey.
