What does the 12-month minimum mean?
You are billed monthly at $45. After the first 12 months you can cancel at any time by contacting our team.
Does the Support Plan cover accidental damage?
No. The Support Plan covers software, connectivity, and accessory support. For device repair or replacement coverage, see our Extended Warranty Plans.
Can I add a Support Plan if I purchased from another retailer?
Yes. The Support Plan is available to any HOME2 owner regardless of where you purchased the device.
